VIEWINGS:

We will perform viewings (if necessary), at times to suit you, even if this means collecting you from your offices and returning you to a place of your choice, in safety and security. If there is more than one person or family to house (i.e. a project team) then we will make all of the arrangements and completely remove this process from your workload.

FLEXIBLE:

Each person or family only needs to stay for the period that they require to suit their personal needs or the requirements of the business (between 2 months - 5 years flexible), then they can just give back their property without facing hefty fees or penalties. The termination date does not have to be pre-booked and can be notified at any time during the term of the tenancy. This service is not offered by any other landlord or rental agent and is designed to give your business the ultimate flexibility and cost effectiveness.

CLEANLINESS:

The properties which we own and manage will always be immaculately presented and decorated, clean, and furnished (where applicable) to the highest executive standard.

ETHNIC & DIETARY SENSITIVITY:

One of the main complaints of all employees using hotel accommodation is the cost of expensive hotel food and the lack of variation or sensitivity towards their diet (whether on a nutritional or religious basis). MUTIPLE OCCUPANCY:

Properties can be shared by more than one person, thus providing an extra cost saving to the company. The occupants of each apartment can also be changed as many times as you require throughout the tenancy, without financial penalty. We can also arrange extra cleaning so that the apartment is clean and fresh for the new occupant.

MAINTAINED:

We will provide a complimentary, immediate, in-house qualified maintenance service, to look after the property during the tenancy.

FAMILIES:

When it is necessary to relocate a family, it is impossible to expect a hotel to provide adequate space for a family’s needs. By using a rental apartment solution, the family can have all of the space, privacy and comfort that they need, for a fraction of the price of a standard hotel room.

ACCOUNTING:

If you have more than one corporate apartment, we can invoice per apartment or with a consolidated invoice for all apartments within an agreed period. We will completely tailor this process to suit your accounting needs including per diem expense reporting if necessary.
