The average property in the UK is in
bands D-E for both ratings. The Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) includes recommendations
on ways to improve the home's energy efficiency to save you money and help the
environment.
In order to comply with the legislation,
we will need a copy of the certificate for attachment to the tenancy agreement.
Should you not have one, we will appoint one of our qualified personnel to inspect
the property and prepare the certificate accordingly. This will be carried out at
