Please note that failure to comply with
this legislation is a criminal offence and, in the event of injury or death caused
by negligence, may result in criminal proceedings being issued against the landlord.
In order to comply with the legislation,
we will need a copy of the certificate for attachment to the tenancy agreement.
Should you not have one, we will appoint one of our qualified personnel to inspect
the property and prepare the certificate accordingly. We will also arrange for the
renewal of the certification at the appropriate time during the tenancy in order
to ensure that you remain fully compliant with all legislation both current and
future. This will be carried out at our specially discounted landlord rate. Please
