The first step is for one of our highly
experienced team to fully evaluate your property and agree a monthly rental income
figure. Then, over a cup of tea in our comfortable offices, we will discuss all
of the other points, such as, whether the property will be offered furnished or
unfurnished, what date the property will be vacant and available for rental, and
to fully explain to you the do’s and don’ts of renting a property. We
will also take the time to answer any questions or worries that you may have (usually
there are quite a few), and ensure that you understand all of the items that have
been discussed. We will provide you at the end of this with a full written quotation,
which you may peruse for as long as you require. We will also take you to see a
selection of properties already within our portfolio, in order that you can see
for yourself, the standards that we maintain, and the pride that we take in all
of our landlords managed properties.
We find that dealing with our landlords
in an easy and relaxed manner, whilst providing the maximum information in a friendly
and jargon-free format, is the easiest way to create what we hope will be a long
and fruitful relationship.
